Part Time E-commerce operations assistant Jobs, salary up to SGD 1,200 in Yong Huat Hardware Pte Ltd - Ricebowl

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time E-commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager to maintain our online stores, update product information, and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload new product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and categories.
• Perform daily stock updates to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check product listings for missing information or errors.
• Assist in processing online orders and monitoring order status.
• Support B2B online customer enquiries
• Assist with promotional campaigns, vouchers, and online store maintenance.
• Perform simple data entry, Excel updates, and administrative tasks.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the E-commerce Manager.

Requirements

• Students pursuing NITEC, Higher NITEC, Polytechnic Diploma or University are welcome to apply
• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently after training.
• Interest in e-commerce, online retail, or digital business is an advantage.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic photo editing using Canva or similar software

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per month
