Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduates / Graduates from any discipline with excellent academic track records
• Strong relevant subject mastery (JC level)
• Willing to prepare lesson materials and grow students from scratch
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confident public speaker and able to connect with students
• Prior teaching experience, and proficiency in LaTeX is highly advantageous
• Driven, enthusiastic, caring and excited by performance-based growth and upside
• Comfortable with being on-camera for social media-based outreach (TikTok LIVE, short videos, live teaching)
• Willing to offer trial/free lessons as part of outreach
• Open to feedback and fast iteration
