Cellotape Pte Ltd is a distribution company established in 2010. We specialize in custom print identification and nameplates. We are looking for a Singapore Citizen or local resident - Permanent Part Timer.

Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

- Process sales and purchase orders accurately.

- Follow up closely on customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.

- Coordinate deliveries and shipments with customers and suppliers.

- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

- Demonstrate strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

- On-the-job training will be provided.

- Preferred availability: 3 days per week (minimum 2 days per week).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
