Responsibilities:
1. Support the team in ensuring brand consistency across various media platforms.
2. Assist in creating and designing materials for both print and digital collateral.
3. Help develop and maintain brand guidelines for each company under Zaiyadal Group.
4. Follow brand guidelines and assist in completing design tasks within set deadlines.
5. Provide support during video production for events, campaigns, and other projects.
6. Assist with website design tasks and content updates.
7. Assist the team in coordinating with printers and external vendors to finalise design proofs and ensure print quality.
8. Contribute fresh and creative ideas for marketing materials and projects.
9. Assist with event management tasks, including design support and coordination.
10. Help manage and create content for the company's social media platforms.
11. Take on additional design tasks and projects as needed.

Basic Qualification:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Multimedia, Bachelor in Creative Multimedia, Bachelor in Multimedia Design, Bachelor in Mass Communication, Bachelor in Media/Advertising, or an equivalent field.
• No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates or students looking for internship opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Active involvement in university projects, campus events, creative assignments, or student organisations will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
• Preferred internship duration of six (6) months to one (1) year (not mandatory).

Experience:

• No prior professional experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Exposure to basic content creation, design tools, photography, videography, or event coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
