Your Key Responsibilities

Enrolment & Parent Engagement

• Be the warm, welcoming face of Da Di Learning Studio.
• Respond promptly to walk-ins, phone calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Conduct centre tours and confidently present the value of our programmes.
• Proactively engage prospective families in and around the centre.
• Follow up on enquiries and guide families through the enrolment process.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with parents to foster long-term engagement and retention.

Centre Operations & Administration

• Manage student registrations, invoicing and fee collection.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance and class schedules.
• Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean, safe and lesson-ready.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre with efficiency and care.
• Maintain a tidy, calm and welcoming environment that reflects the Da Di brand.

Marketing & Social Media (Advantageous)

• Manage the centre's Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including photos, reels, stories and captions.
• Plan and schedule marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives across our sister organisations.

Programme & Event Coordination

• Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability and classroom allocation.
• Support the planning and execution of holiday camps, enrichment programmes and special events.
• Liaise with vendors, community partners and support event logistics.

Who You Are

• Passionate about working with children and building meaningful relationships with families.
• A confident communicator, able to present our programmes in both English and Mandarin, and provide translation to support English- and Mandarin-speaking parents and children.
• Organised, resourceful and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• Creative, positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.
• Comfortable using technology and social media platforms (an advantage).
