Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information & Communication Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network & Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Able to commit to an internship period of 3-6 months.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking concepts, and computer hardware.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good problem-solving ability and clear verbal and written communication.
• Willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to work well in a team.
• Organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks during the internship.
