Responsibilities

Event Planning & Prep

• Create clear event plans, schedules, and checklists so every task has an owner and deadline.
• Prepare budgets, quotes, and basic contracts to keep events on scope and cost effective.

On-site Execution & Operations

• Operate on-site: set up, manage logistics, supervise vendors, and ensure timelines are met.
• Handle last-minute issues calmly and make quick decisions to keep the event running.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Liaise with clients and vendors, provide timely updates, and confirm requirements are met.
• Coordinate crew assignments and briefings to ensure everyone knows their role on the day.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or related fields.
• Diploma or degree preferred but not required; relevant internships or student events count.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Event planning, basic budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and common event tools like floor plans and schedules.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, calm under pressure, and strong time management.
• Team player attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn on the job.
