We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship opportunity is suitable for students who are looking to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities including screening candidates, arranging interviews, and updating recruitment records.
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, employee records, and reports.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems.
• Assist with onboarding process for new employees.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR projects.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and gain experience in HR practices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
