We are looking for an Intern – Admin Operation to join our team!

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment. You will assist in daily administrative and operational tasks, including managing stock inventory, handling order fulfillment and postage, coordinating affiliate operations, and supporting social media technical setup such as content scheduling and live session management.

You will also work closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree student in related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
