Job Description
- Own and grow the game's player community across Roblox, Discord, and other community platforms.
- Manage the Roblox Group and Discord server, including announcements, moderation, community events, challenges, and day-to-day engagement.
- Foster a positive community environment by enforcing community guidelines and responding to player feedback.
- Gather, analyse, and communicate player feedback and community insights to the Product and Development teams.
- Plan and execute online and offline community initiatives and events in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Source, recruit, and manage organic and paid creators across YouTube, TikTok, X, Twitch, Instagram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
- Build, maintain, and grow a database and network of creators, influencers, community ambassadors, and agency partners.
- Develop and execute creator marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships, affiliate programmes, creator incentive initiatives, and long-term creator programmes.
- Manage creator outreach, negotiations, campaign briefs, deliverables, and partnerships from planning through execution and reporting.
- Monitor community, creator, and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise engagement, growth, and return on investment.
- Monitor Roblox, gaming, creator, and social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform community and creator strategies.
- Create and publish lightweight community content to maintain an active player presence between major updates.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing online communities, social platforms, or creator partnerships for games or digital products.
- Experience managing Discord communities and Roblox Groups.
- Experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators, influencers, or community ambassadors.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage players and creators authentically.
- Sound moderation judgement and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience planning and executing online or offline community events.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret community and campaign performance metrics.
- Deep familiarity with Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X, Twitch, and the wider social media landscape.
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, and Roblox culture.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio of community content or creator campaigns is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research (e.g. focus groups or interviews) is a plus.
- Experience managing international creator networks is a plus.
- Experience with affiliate, sponsorship, or Cost-Per-Install (CPI) programmes is a plus.
