Internship Position – HR / Purchasing Department

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to support our HR or Purchasing Department. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience by assisting with daily operations, supporting ongoing projects and collaborating with a team. Candidates who are available to start immediately will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned department with daily tasks and operational activities.
• Provide continuous support to team members and assist with day-to-day operational requirements.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, data entry and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform ad hoc duties and other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take on new challenges.
• Open to receiving constructive feedback and continuously improving.
• Willingness to be based at Telok Panglima Garang

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
