Ever wondered what it takes to turn an idea into a full-scale event? As an Event & Experiential Intern, you won’t just observe, you’ll be on the ground helping to plan, build, and execute real events with real impact!

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, creative, and excited to see things come to life beyond the screen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare research, proposals & visuals for event preparation

• Research and develop proposals with visuals to enhance event outlook according to requirements
• Manage the backend communication with vendor to ensure expectations vs results
• Working with designer and partners to ensure display, projects and events are executed according to timeline

Assist coordination with 3rd parties – vendors, cinema, mall & internal

• Planning projects and event from start to finish according to requirements & timeline
• Manage required paperwork, documentations
• Coordinate with 3rd parties to ensure smooth communication across

Oversee setup, dismantle & logistics

• Oversee setup, dismantle and logistics (end to end)
• Prompt reporting of setups with photos
• Assist transportation/logistic – ad hoc or when needed
• Manage and update all required documentations & stock keeping

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Heads up:

• Some late nights may be required during event setup or dismantling

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
