• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining AP/AR (Account Payable/Account Receiveable) records.
• Record and organize financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Support monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain sales listings, invoices, and customer records.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
• Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and inventory records.
• Prepare basic administrative and operational reports.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, auditors, and accountants when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
