任职资格

  •  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field. 
  •  Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  •  Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage. 
  •  Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality. 
  •  Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 
  •  Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). 
  •  Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. 

岗位职责

  •  Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. 
  •  Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures. 
  •  Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation enquiries. 
  •  Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services. 
  •  Handle guest requests and escalate issues when necessary. 
  •  Assist in processing payments and issuing receipts. 
  •  Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
