Job Description

We are a business and technology consulting practice looking for a Supply Chain & Business Process Transformation Intern to support client projects involving logistics, procurement, warehousing, operations and digital transformation.

You will work with our consulting team to understand how clients currently operate, identify process gaps and help develop simpler, more efficient ways of working. You may also support projects involving business systems, ERP improvements and automation opportunities.

This internship is suitable for students who are interested in supply chain, consulting, business analysis, technology and process improvement. Guidance and training will be provided throughout the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consultants in gathering information from client teams and understanding their operational processes.
• Assist with documenting current workflows, challenges and business requirements.
• Create process maps and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
• Help prepare standard operating procedures, work instructions and project documentation.
• Identify repetitive, manual or time-consuming activities that could be simplified or automated.
• Support the review of client processes across procurement, logistics, warehousing, order fulfilment and other operational functions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the use of ERP systems and other business applications.
• Help prepare client presentations, process-improvement recommendations and project updates.
• Support project tracking, implementation activities and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in consulting, supply chain, business analysis, process improvement or technology.
• Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, asking questions and gathering information.
• Able to organise information, analyse problems and explain processes clearly.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Willing to learn Microsoft Visio or other process-mapping tools.
• Professional, responsible, adaptable and open to feedback.

Candidates with exposure to procurement, logistics, warehousing, order fulfilment, process mapping, ERP systems, data analysis or automation tools will have an added advantage. Experience gained through academic projects, case competitions, part-time work, volunteering or previous internships will also be considered.

This internship forms part of our future talent pipeline. Strong-performing interns may be considered for future contract or permanent opportunities, depending on business needs.
