We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Shipping team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the logistics and shipping industry. Interns will undergo a structured rotational programme across Customer Service, Operations, and Transportation, providing comprehensive exposure to the end-to-end shipping process.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge, understand shipping operations, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service, Operations, and Transportation teams with daily shipping and logistics activities.
• Support shipment documentation, data entry, filing, and record management.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents, reports, and operational records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support shipment processes.
• Monitor shipment status and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and departmental projects, where required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.
• Gain exposure to real-time shipping operations, customer service, documentation, and logistics workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Maritime Management, Transportation, or other related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different functions within the Shipping department.
