We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business IT Intern to support our Operations Department in enhancing and developing the company's internal systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, system documentation, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes, system workflows, and operational requirements.
• Prepare system flowcharts, process maps, user journey diagrams, and functional requirement documents.
• Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Support the preparation of system specifications before development and implementation by the system developer.
• Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements from various departments.
• Participate in system testing (UAT), identify issues, and document testing results.
• Coordinate with the system developer to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.
• Maintain proper documentation for system enhancements, process changes, and user guides.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Business Information Technology
• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• or other related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and system workflows.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, *************) is an advantage.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eager to learn and contribute to system improvement initiatives.
