Key Responsibilities

Depending on your course of study and department assignment, you will be involved in the following daily tasks:

• Support day-to-day departmental operations and improvement activities

• Assist with documentation, reporting, process mapping, and task follow-up

• Help track ongoing projects, action items, deadlines, and department updates

• Support IT, digitalisation, software, production, or business development tasks depending on your course and capability

• Deliver assigned work to a professional standard with proper follow-through

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Able to commit to an internship of at least 3 months (6 months preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn and take initiative

• Responsible and able to work independently

Preferred Skills or Interest:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and general Microsoft 365 tools

• Basic understanding of IT, software, data, operations, project management, or business processes (depending on your field of study)

• For software-related students: basic knowledge of programming, databases, web applications, or automation tools would be useful

• For production or project-related students: interest in process improvement, coordination, documentation, and operational excellence would be useful
