Kickstart your career in operations with hands-on experience in a dynamic IT retail environment. As an Operations Intern, you'll support our Plaza Low Yat hub in managing stock flow across branches while gaining practical skills in inventory control and dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Process stock requests from branches, prioritising fulfilment based on urgency and inventory availability.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organised warehouse to support efficient picking and daily stock checks.
• Receive incoming stock, verify item quantities and conditions, and ensure accuracy against the Wavelet system.
• Arrange Lalamove deliveries to branches, ensuring the correct items and quantities are dispatched.
• Complete all stock transfer (ST) records on the same day to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies promptly to support zero-error dispatch standards.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations and inventory management activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer literacy; Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred.
• Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle physical stock movement and warehouse tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be based at Plaza Low Yat.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
