Job Title: Server (Part-time)

Job Level: Experienced

Department: F&B Operations

Weekday Rate: $15/hour

Weekend Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within INITIA Group’s F&B brands. He/She will assist the Outlet In-Charge in driving outlet sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

1. INITIAL TRAINING (Fresh Joiners)

Begin with buzzer clearing and food runner duties

Complete thorough menu learning and storytelling training

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all menu items

2. STATION MANAGEMENT

Manage entire station independently with minimal supervision

Handle multiple tables simultaneously with efficiency

Maintain high service standards throughout shift

3. SALES & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

Drive upselling through menu knowledge and recommendations

Engage authentically with every customer at assigned station

Tell compelling stories about dishes, ingredients, and Korean dining culture

Create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits

4. MENTORSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Buddy and train new entry-level servers

Share menu knowledge and service techniques

Model excellent customer engagement and professionalism

5. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Maintain station organization and cleanliness

Coordinate with kitchen and support staff effectively

Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively

Qualifications of the role:

• 1+ year experience at a reputable restaurant
• With Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and demonstrate positive energy.
• Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.
