Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and report Operation work plan progress (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
• Daily operations logsheet check
• Carry out site check at ORF and EndUsers facilities
• Assist collect and analyze flow computer data from EndUsers site
• Notification follow up
• HSSE safety finding follow up
• Participate in Emergency Drill
• SOP and MSRA review/revalidation
• Assist on audit preparation
• RCA, MOC and Incident report follow up
• Documentation control
• Shadowing technician/engineer for site works
• Tracking of technician/ SIC
• Weekly/Monthly meter downloading
• Assist on innovation projects related to AI and new technology

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment principles
• Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in engineering or workplace settings
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
