We are looking for passionate Learning Facilitators to deliver engaging, practical training that helps working professionals develop in-demand skills and achieve real workplace impact. If you enjoy teaching, facilitating discussions, and making learning interactive and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

Deliver practical UX design training

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions focused on UX design using Figma.
• Guide learners through the end-to-end UX design process, grounded in user-centred design and design thinking principles.
• Lead interactive workshops covering wireframing, interface design, user journey mapping, user flows, and interactive prototyping.

Develop learner capabilities

• Mentor learners as they build UX design projects from concept to interactive prototype.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback that helps learners strengthen both design thinking and execution.
• Foster an engaging, collaborative learning environment for adult learners and career switchers.

Drive learning excellence

• Deliver practical, project-based learning experiences that prepare learners for real-world UX design roles.
• Stay current with evolving UX methodologies, design tools, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to high-quality learning experiences that develop job-ready UX design capabilities.

What we look for

We are looking for experienced practitioners who combine design expertise with a passion for teaching. Successful candidates typically have:

• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory).
• Proven professional experience in UX/UI design for web and/or mobile products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design workflows.
• A solid understanding of UX principles, including usability, interaction design, user-centred design, and design thinking.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• The ability to simplify complex design concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences.

Candidates with a strong UX/UI portfolio and prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or facilitation will be highly regarded.
