Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining QHSE documents, records, and reports.
• Support the implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Assist in conducting workplace inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in preparing QHSE training materials, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor compliance with company safety rules and applicable legal requirements.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of QHSE performance reports.
• Support internal and external audits and other QHSE-related activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the QHSE Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
