Responsibilities:

• Design engaging posters, banners, and digital content for employee engagement initiatives.
• Create creative branding materials for employee engagement campaigns and events.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
• Develop visual content, including infographics, videos, and presentation materials.
• Capture photos and videos during company events for internal communications and social media.
• Draft engaging captions, announcements, newsletters, and employee communication materials.
• Brainstorm and propose creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or any related field.
• Strong interest in content creation, employee engagement, branding, and internal communications.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms is an added advantage.
• Internship positions for a duration of 4 - 6 months.
• Willing to work in Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya.
