To assist in the closing restocking, cleaning and closedown procedures at the end of their shift as requested by their Team Leader
To greet, attend and respond to customers promptly
To handle customer feedbacks and complaints promptly
To maintain cleanliness, orderliness and health and safety standards in their place of work
To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by their Team Leader
To prepare and present food orders accordingly in a timely manner
To present a courteous, pleasant and well-groomed image to customers. Always wear a SMILE
To provide continual attention and service to all guests whenever they are in your area, even if they are not in your section of responsibility
To report faulty equipment and any Health and Safety issues promptly to their Team Leader
To work as a team and take direction from their Team Leader
