Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet every customer with a sincere smile and a positive attitude.
Maintain product quality and ensure product presentation.
Serves all customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
Provide quality service to existing and walk-in customers.
Educate customers on product line.
Encourage multiple sales. (Upselling and Cross-Selling).
Prepare all Beverages and Local Delights according to SOP.
Proficient in operating the POS system.
Pack and serve products according to SOP.
Ensure a clean and tidy store work environment by ensuring that the counters and shelves are clean and floor is swept and mopped regularly.
Count and record sales takings at the end of the day as directed by store-in-charge.
Products knowledge on Puffs and Snacks.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Store Manager/Store-in-charge as well as other management team.
