Responsibilities
Process sales and consignment orders accurately.
Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp.
Handle product exchanges and prepare credit notes.
Prepare and send customer invoices.
Upload invoices to finance teams and customer portals for payment processing.
Maintain accurate order and invoicing records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, billing, and delivery issues.
Perform accurate data entry using SAP.
Requirements
Experience using SAP is required.
