Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Perform monthly closing activities and prepare timely financial reports.
  • Manage and process payroll accurately and confidentially.
  • Implement and handle the company's e-invoicing system in compliance with LHDN requirements.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed.
  • Ensure all financial transactions and records comply with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
