Internship details:

• Internship duration: 3 – 6 months
• Working days: Monday to Friday (on-site)
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR related matters, such as managing correspondence and filing.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
