We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated interns to join our Reservations Department. This internship offers valuable exposure to hotel operations, guest services, and reservation management in a professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with reservation processing and guest requests
• Prepare daily reports and maintain reservation records
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Follow up on reservations and booking confirmations
• Provide excellent customer service and support to guests

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students/graduates in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, good telephone etiquette, and team-player mindset
• Candidates who can commit to a 6-month internship period will be given preference
