Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities as Clubhouse Operations Warden are detailed below:
Security Matters
Monitor and ensure the functionability of CCTV. Viewing of the clips of the CCTV footage regularly.
Ensure that the Clubhouse’s premise is secure, the Clubhouse’s security systems are armed.
Duty
Conduct Safety Check and Round Check
Assist in set up of events.
Ensure Proper operations of the Clubhouse and Marina facilities, operating systems and services
Represent management in responding to situations and circumstances that would normally require management attention.
Assist to do the shuttle service.
Submit a report on operational status of facilities and conduct of activities during hours of duty.
Ensure the members and guests abide by the rules and regulations of the club
To handle ad hoc projects as directed by Senior Clubhouse Operations Executive
To assist in the planning, preparation, organisation and conduct of Club’s events, activities and functions.
You will also be expected to perform any other suitable duties commensurate with your qualifications, experience and/or appointment as may be decided by the General Manager.
Must be able to commit at least once a week or four times in a month. Working hour 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Must have class 3 driving licence and Security licence.
