1. Customer Engagement & Calling

• Actively call and engage with customers to build positive relationships and represent the brand effectively.

• Step in as a proactive touchpoint for customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued at every stage of their journey.

2. Scheduling & Coordination

• Efficiently manage and coordinate customer schedules.

• Ensure all scheduling calendars are accurate, up-to-date, and organized to prevent any gaps in service delivery.

3. Feedback Collection & Insights

• Systematically gather and document customer feedback and insights during your interactions.
