We are seeking a disciplined and articulate Telemarketer to support business development initiatives within our commercial interior design division. The role involves engaging prospective corporate clients, qualifying leads, and coordinating appointments for our sales and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured outbound calls to corporate prospects (B2B) across office, retail, F&B, and commercial sectors.

- Develop, update, and maintain customer databases to support lead-generation activities.

- Secure appointments and support the scheduling needs of sales consultants.

- Assist with direct mailers, marketing coordination, and administrative tasks.

- Achieve performance targets and comply with internal communication and reporting standards.

- No selling required.

Requirements

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level.

- Students & fresh-grade welcome.

- Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and follow-through.

- Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook; basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

- Prior experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).

Location: AMK Industrial Park

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
