Project Management Intern – Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to support key initiatives in process mapping, automation tracking, and project management. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Mapping with Signavio:
o Assist in creating and refining business process maps using Signavio.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to document and visualize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
o Support the analysis of existing processes and propose optimizations.
2. Tracking Automation Initiatives:
o Monitor and track the progress of various automation initiatives across the organization.
o Maintain project timelines, highlight key milestones, and escalate potential risks or delays.
o Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate the status of automation projects to senior leadership.
3. Junior Project Manager Support:
o Provide support to project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
o Help in preparing project documentation, meeting agendas, and presentations.
o Participate in project meetings, capturing key action points and following up with stakeholders.
o Support the team in project coordination tasks such as resource allocation, task management, and risk assessment.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools, preferably Signavio (training can be provided).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of the advertising and digital marketing domain
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in project management and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or coursework related to project management or process optimization.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools).
- Understanding of automation tools or systems.
