• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business/Trade, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any field of study related to Supply Chain and Purchasing. 
• Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

 Position Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers in creating and processing purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Support material planning activities to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Update and maintain procurement records and databases accurately.
