任职资格

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage)
  • Any experience using any inventory management systems (e.g., Xilnex, Shopify, Achanto, Antz, or any other inventory system will be an advantage)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and meet assigned deadlines.

岗位职责

  1. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
  2. Support the preparation and updating of inventory reports and data.
  3. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the system.
  4. Help identify stock discrepancies, slow-moving, low-stock, or excess inventory.
  5. Support demand forecasting by compiling sales and inventory data.
  6. Assist in tracking inventory performance during promotions and campaigns.
  7. Work closely with the Retail, Warehouse, and Operations teams to collect inventory information.
  8. Assist in maintaining proper documentation and inventory-related records.
  9. Support inventory planning and replenishment activities as assigned.
  10. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
