Job Description
Responsibilities
To oversee the operation of a function room event, or a range of suites for the event
To guide the staff in the food and drinks menu, and be knowledgeable.
To ensure guest satisfaction is met and delivered on at all times
Ensure the operations areas are fully stocked and staffed at all times
Support staff and respond to customer feedback, resolving any concerns raised in alignment with business expectations
Ensure all opening and closing procedures are fulfilled, ensuring that operational areas are ready for service from opening time
* Food Hygiene Certificate is a must
