Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support our Finance team with basic administrative and finance duties. This role is suitable for someone who is meticulous, willing to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities


Sort and file finance documents.
Perform data entry and maintain finance records.
Assist with invoice and receipt filing.
Prepare and organise documents for payment processing.
Match invoices with supporting documents.
Assist with photocopying, scanning and document archiving.
Support the Finance team with simple administrative duties.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements


Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Meticulous, organised and responsible.
Willing to learn with a positive attitude.
