We are hiring a temporary Content Producer / Learning Content Designer to support a Singapore-based public sector training content project.

You will turn training materials, storyboards and source content into clear, professional learning assets such as PowerPoint training slides, bite-sized videos, infographics and supporting visuals.

Responsibilities:

Convert source materials and storyboards into clear training slides and visual learning assets
Design polished PowerPoint decks with strong layout, hierarchy and consistency
Edit short training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
Create infographics, diagrams and supporting visuals for slides/videos
Follow scripts, storyboards and learning objectives accurately
Revise work based on feedback and meet production timelines
Handle project materials with confidentiality

Requirements:

Strong PowerPoint design skills
Experience with training, education, e-learning or corporate learning materials
Able to simplify text-heavy content into clear learner-friendly visuals
Familiar with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured feedback
Able to share relevant portfolio or work samples

Good to have:

Articulate Storyline / Rise experience
Instructional design or storyboard experience
Motion graphics or simple animation skills
