• Financial Operations Support: Assist the Plant Controller with core financial tasks, including financial forecasting, annual budgeting, month-end closing, and variance analysis.
• COGS Reporting: Support the monthly closing and reporting processes specifically for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), encompassing Actuals, Variance, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Dashboard & Management Reporting: Generate and submit timely, accurate financial reports for Macro Dashboards and Business Unit (BU) COGS reviews.
• Audit & Compliance: Aid in various statutory and internal audits, as well as internal control reviews. Ensure strict compliance with requirements for Fixed Assets and Stock Count hygiene.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Excel (data analysis, formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the finance team and plant management.
• Preferred Advantage: Prior familiarity or experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) is highly considered a plus.
