Pay: $10-$12/hour

Working days/hours: Alternating Weekends

Saturday 9am to 6pm (30min lunch break) - first 2 weeks of the month

Sunday 9am to 6pm (30min lunch break) - Next 2 weeks of the month

You will be assisting the Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the tuition centre.

Your key areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to the following:
- Handling enquiries via phone or walk-in and administering math assessments;
- Replying to WhatsApp messages from parents, scheduling trial and makeup classes;
- Assisting in disinfection and cleaning of classrooms and common areas;
- Printing of lesson materials;
- Sending out payment advices and collecting payments
- Any other administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma holders and above
• Enjoy working with children
• Outspoken and have a positive attitude
• Can commit for min. 6 months
• Prior admin or teaching experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
