Job Purpose

Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in day-to-day hiring operations by assisting recruiters with sourcing activities, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate new joiner records in HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews by arranging schedules, sending invites, updating calendars, and ensuring candidates are well-informed.

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, required documents, next steps, or follow-up items.

• Support onboarding activities such as collecting documents, preparing new joiner packs, and guiding new hires through pre-boarding tasks.

• Maintain accurate new joiner information in HR systems, ensuring records are complete, updated, and audit-ready.

• Help track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and flag pending items to the TA team.

• Assist with posting job advertisements and refreshing job boards when needed.

• Support general TA administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely hiring operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM/SPMV; diploma or degree holders (unemployed or seeking internship/apprenticeship) are welcome.

• Comfortable using computers and basic tools such as Excel, Word, and online platforms.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Professional communication skills and strong customer-service mindset.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential candidate information responsibly.

• Prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, or HR systems is an added advantage but not required.
