Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Assistant (Intern) to support our outreach and growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about career development, partnerships, and gaining real-world business experience. The role involves travel to partner institutions, events, and client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners (colleges, corporates, training institutions, etc.)
• Coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and promotional events
• Maintain and update CRM databases, reports, and client records
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with the onboarding process for new partners and clients
• Support day-to-day business development tasks as required

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
• Comfortable with travel (inter-city, occasionally intra-state)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
