Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Onboarding/Recruitment Admin Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our candidate pipeline. You will be responsible for getting our job openings in front of the right eyes, guiding candidates through the application processes, and driving numbers to ensure the team hits its monthly performance targets.

• Learn how to engage with candidates professionally, guide them through simple application steps, and create a smooth first impression.

Understand Recruitment Data

• Get involved in basic tracking to see how candidates move through the hiring journey, from interest to application completion.

Share Fresh Ideas

• Bring in your perspective on how to make the candidate journey more engaging, especially for young talents and early-career job seekers.

What You’ll Gain

What We Are Looking For

• Background: Currently pursuing minimum diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Tech Savvy: Good command of Google Workspace is required. Familiarity with LinkedIn is a big plus.
• Goal-Oriented Mindset: You don't just pass tasks along; you are motivated by targets and numbers. You thrive in environments with clear KPIs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You will be representing TechStreet to external candidates, so a friendly, professional demeanor is a must.
• Organization: High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple candidate files at once without breaking a sweat.
