Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Intern will support the Customer Service team in handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and assisting with daily operational tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning experience in customer service and logistics operations, with guidance and supervision from the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Support

  • Assist the team in handling customer inquiries and service requests
  • Support in responding to customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Learn how to communicate effectively with customers under guidance

2. Order & Shipment Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams (Trucking, Forwarding, Warehouse, Documentation)
  • Support in tracking shipment progress
  • Help provide basic shipment updates to customers with supervision
  • Learn how daily operations are managed in a logistics environment

3. Data Accuracy & Documentation Handling

  • Assist in keying and updating data in the Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Support in checking basic shipping documents
  • Ensure information is recorded accurately with guidance from the team

Skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Fresh graduates / students are encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to learn and good attitude
  • Basic communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
