Role Overview
This internship offers Psychology students a unique opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world college environment. As part of the Industry Partners Development team, you’ll help bridge the gap between student aspirations and industry expectations, while supporting initiatives that promote student growth, mental wellness, and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating industry engagement activities such as career talks, mentorship programs, and networking events.
- Support student profiling and career matching initiatives through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Help organize workshops focused on personal development, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align student support services with industry needs.
- Prepare documentation including reports, meeting notes, and event summaries.
- Maintain databases of student profiles, industry contacts, and engagement outcomes.
- Provide administrative support for partnership development and student outreach programs.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Degree or Master program in Psychology, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, organized, and professional in handling student interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
