Internship Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing project calendars.
• Support data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
• Help organize project files and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to project management.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational support.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
