• Conduct on-line quality checksduring production (batch cooking, sauce, vegetables, fried items, etc.) and collectsamples for analysis and retention.
• Inspect packaging quality, including label information, sealing, and weight accuracy.
• Verify raw materials and ingredients before use—check batch number, expiry date, quantity, color, texture, and overall appearance.
• Perform incoming goods inspection and prepare inspection reports, including internal sample analysis.
• Inspect cleanliness of production areas and machinery before and after operation.
• Check personal hygieneof production staff and ensurefootbaths are properly maintained with diluted chlorine solution.
• Verify machine condition (screws, metal detector, check weigher) and ensure they are properly set up before production.
• Complete and maintain QC records, process checklists, and reports accurately
• Other ad-hoc duties assign by superior or management

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
