We are currently looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing HR reports and administrative tasks.
• Support HR documentation, employee records, and data management.
• Provide general support to the HR team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support candidate communication and interview scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
