Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Support supplier evaluation and performance monitoring activities.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and replenishment planning.
• Verify invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents before submission for payment processing.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and other administrative documents as assigned.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement Department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
